When you register for an event or join the community, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and role. Ticketing and checkout are handled by our event partner (Luma), which processes payment information directly; we never see or store your full payment card details.

We also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, and anonymous session identifiers so we can understand what's working on this site.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm registrations, send event logistics and reminders, share community updates and future invitations, and improve the content and performance of this site. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — ticketing, email delivery, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a first-party session identifier stored in your browser to count unique visits and conversions. It contains no personal data. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Photography at events

Our events are photographed and occasionally filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in Tech Catalyst Summit recap materials and marketing. If you'd prefer not to appear, let us know on site and we'll honor it.

Data retention and security

We retain registration and community records for as long as needed to run the community, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect them.

Your choices
